Surrey Police & Crime Commissioner: consultation amongst crime victims & businesses.
Public & Social
This project required consultations across Surrey with crime victims, small businesses and partner agencies to provide feedback on policing priorities. A key element was gaining reaction to PCC Kevin Hurley’s draft policing plan.
Our report combined detailed qualitative observations and audio clips.
Kevin Hurley, Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey 2012-2016, comments:
‘PCCs have a responsibility to consult with the public, victims of crime and businesses about their plans and budget. As part of this, Firebrand carried out focus groups and interviews with victims and businesses to inform my plan and budget setting in Surrey. The research was well conducted and results presented in an informative way, helping to inform my planning and future communication plans.’
